The timing could not have been better. Just as we have finished our study of same-sex intimacy and the Old Testament, The Priscilla Papers (a journal committed to biblical gender-equity) has released its Spring 2018 issue that includes my essay: “Daughter Divine: Proverbs’ Woman of Wisdom.” Even better, this article is available on-line: click here to reroute to the essay. A little warning, while readable for anyone who follows this blog, the essay is for a journal and as a result, is longer than the normal blog post (and less informal). If you’re interested in the topic, you might want to download the pdf of the article (on the same site), save it, and read it as you have the time and opportunity.
My thanks to Dr. Jeff Miller for his invitation to contribute to this fine work. You may want to look over resources on biblical gender equity that CBE International has available through it’s bookstore (click here).
Many Blessings, Glenn
